What evidence do you have, any scrap of evidence, anecdotal or of any description, that Robert Marsham, Richard Fitter, and others, fudged any figures?? Their studies involved many thousands of observations covering hundreds of species over more then 200 years.

None. But I asked the question in re to the many unnamed members of the public "dedicated observors" that got into recording FFD's as to whether they could have competed to record the earliest FFD. Seems like a fair question.

No that was a vague claim. That you've subsequently backed it up by finding claims that FFD's have advanced 4.5 days or 8 days or whatever for various species doesn't support your broad claim that flowers were blooming a month earlier now than a century ago.
