Or do you think that somehow medical science has it's own set of rules which result in "good" science, while those who study other sciences all get "duped" somehow?

The only science that is "bad" science is the science that results in implications that challenges our habitual way of living and powerful vested interests. Any other science is OK. Especially the kind that helps those same powerful vested interests make lots of money.

Sorry I thought this was the environmental thread and we were discussing faith based science. I'm all for any science that alleviates human suffering, i.e. medicine or finds more oil i.e. geology and even those sciences make a lot of mistakes.

All science (medicine, nuke physics to get us a bomb, genetics to get us GMO crops, organic and biochemistry to give us synthetic food sweeteners) good and credible and for our benefit.
Climate science flawed and full of greedy commies.
