That is exactly what this shell game is all about as you well know. Citigroup, Lehman, Merrill Lynch, and others are all trying to extend this game of musical chairs while they try to find ways to suck in more external resources of capital before the day of reckoning comes and it comes out that they all might have a negative net value (i.e. bankrupt).
