I like Frank Rich, but that column was either naive or stupid. Large numbers of Americans absolutely will not vote for Obama because he is black, and quite a few others will not vote for Hillary, a woman, among other reasons.
The upcoming elections are not going to be a cakewalk, no matter how misleading and fascist the Publican candidate turns out to be.
Frank needs to get out more.
