The economy is slowing in the EU and UK. Nonetheless the ECB is still talking hawkish even as the Euro is hitting nosebleed levels. However, the next move by the BOE and ECB in interest rates is down given a slump in Germany and liquidity concerns everywhere. Will strife in the downturn collapse the EU? The Telegraph says it's not far-fetched.
