right now its GREENHOUSE GASSES not just co2 that is focusing attention on pollution.

we have dillydaddled over pollution since the 70s ....global warming is finally galvanizing public opinion.

now its a matter of following up and staying focused on pollution in all its forms.

we live in a democracy ...in a democracy the people need to be stirred to action...that stirring is coming from worry about the greenhouse effect.
