Not true. They did a joint test with South Africa in 1979.

They most likely did, actually it's believed they may have tested 3 nukes at that time.
But now hard evidence - incl. no fall out - , which seems to indicate those nukes were neutron charges.

So returning to my original point, when will liberal logic decide Iran has nukes?
