My suggestion is to keep an eye on your northwestern neighbors draught conditions for the next decade and see if it is a minor problem or a major one.

The problem is that 6.5B humans have sunk roots in sprinkled all around the Globe based on current conditions in all their respective areas. If AGW causes to many areas to to have negative changes, it will be a big problem. If it cause my place to become a tropical paradise, I would not complain. Save me from having to buy in the tropics for retirement.
