ted, the infrastructure didn't arrive at it's present state last night. It's been neglected for many years. We've got new four lane freeways to see the Razorbacks, but my commute to work is a concrete freeway built 30 or 40 years ago patched with asphalt and some concrete. I dare to consider what it's bridges look like. You'd be sideways in your Beamer if you drove the speed limit on it.

Politicians don't get camera shots or front pages by fixing potholes, they do it by cutting ribbons.

I've mentioned before, the govt here recently blew $10 million for a bicycle-walkway over the Arkansas river, yet couldn't understand why they failed miserably to get taxes raised in the last election to relieve jail overcrowding.

But your assumption does fit your template, I'll give you that.
