I had no idea this posting practice was being done...How could this have gone on? Its a little late (like six years) to get sanctimonious about being a part of such practices. Still, its a tough issue for Rudy, because it won't go away soon. Why his people didn't just square up with the auditors who were LEGITIMATELY asking about the postings back in 2002 is just stupid. Citing "security" as the reason for not cooperating with the auditors is even more stupid. If I told an auditor in my company I wasn't going to explain something because of ......security.....my office would be sealed by noon today. And the police escorts for Ms. Nathan....while the true Mrs. Giuliani was also being squired around (properly)....it just looks so arrogant. Who authorized that, if not rudy????
