Smiles.....the bread was/is quite good, and probably because I did give the dough a couple of good "smacks" to break the gluten, and then kneaded it till my hands were sore....the top of the dough had bubbles like it is supposed to after kneading... Re: the roof and the monsoon rains....They did go up to the attic yesterday, and saw the problem from that view....he's waiting this AM till the roofing company opens which should be shortly... It rained SO hard, and continues this morning, that I had to get the biggest bowl I had and empty it before I finally went to bed.....Good thing I put the biggest one there....It was completely full this morning, except for about 1/2 inch from the top! I emptied it at 7:20, now nearly an hour later, and its already about 2 inches full, and the qt size one next to the larger one is about the same amount.... More rain is predicted with high winds this afternoon as well. How much fun can we have here? However, on the plus side of things, it isn't snow.
