I see 60-minute tick average is starting to decline a bit
short term, so maybe they are short on cash again.
Wildly positive tick average has been an unusual
indicator that characterized the most recent market advance
from 2003 (it was increasing as we went along), and not any
advance prior to that.

Daily tick average declined from +500 to 0 in August, then
went back to +250 to +300, quite a bit less than before.
Daily tick average was around +100 in the roaring 90-s (1999)
I call it "Hank health monitor" -g- I see the dow is
getting flatlined at -30 today. -g-
