I'd modify that slightly. They figure out what payment you're qualified for, then get you the loan that makes them the most money that fits under that payment amount.

Since most evidently use LIBOR, the Fed cuts have done absolutely nothing to help with resets, now months into this fiasco.

Anybody know where one can get plots of LIBOR rates?
