GULF PRODUCTION MONITOR: December 4, 2007

Gulf production has dropped a little today after an upward revision in yesterday's I2 cycle pushed the total to more than 12 Bcf/d. Most of the upward revision was in the federal offshore Louisiana area. Total Gulf production has dropped to 11.9 Bcf/d today, which is 2% higher than production in December 2006. Louisiana production is up 7%, or 0.6 Bcf/d, compared to levels last December. Texas Gulf Coast and offshore production still lags levels last year.
