"The other catalyst is what ever is happening with Everstream patents portfolio. In the last earnings call CCUR said they stopped the shopping. That implies they found a serious customer."

Do you have a guess as to the timing of this....announcement....time frame to finalize...etc.?

CCUR's announced intention behind this statement is.....to enhance and to be the best option for increasing shareholder value.

Quite honestly, up to now, the SN management team has very clearly not been known as a team out to enhance shareholder anything....let alone value.

Don,

Thats good news if CCUR gets revenues on SLERT regardless of which kernel is installed by Novell.

Any comment on how or why Gary Trimm has mismanged the street expectations of CCUR. Its bafflling to me how a president of a company can do so poorly on managing expectations, what motive is going on?

I am hoping that the Everstream patents amount to something but trying to read the CCUR tea leaves is tricky and often misleading. Trimm's credibility is at an all time low.
