Haters will hate.... (And, they will spew their hate as long as they are allowed to do so.) Though, you know Pomp, it might make for an interesting 'thought experiment' to just CUT AND PASTE the exact same words of one of these diatribes into a completely new post --- then just change the name of the politician that is being referred to --- to see just how FAST the even-handed reaction comes. :-)
