Understood. It seems that the USSR and PRC are the major obstacles to a more peaceful resolutions. Where would Chavez, Castro, and the likes be without their shadows looming over the horizon? Obviously, they wish to continue with brinksmanship hoping to weaken the economic strength of the West -- I recall Khrushchev’s "We'll burry you." Perhaps; but let's hope not. They and their backing of the third-world nations within the UN have made that forum a farce. Que sera, que sera. :^)
