Level playing field is the goal we should be shooting for. Racial quotas, playing historical racial guilt games, and encouraging racial greivances are not a way to get there.

You don't think so but others disagree. If you have a better approach, then I am all ears.


Work, education, save. The way immigrants have always risen in America. Including black immigrants from Africa and the Caribbean who as a group are above the white American average in income and education.

If they are not citizens, then AA is not even an issue. If they are based in Nigeria, again not even an issue. I think you are trying to muddy up the waters.

I'm talking about people based in the US. Some are citizens of the US. Just because they're of Nigerian or Liberian or whatever ancestry doesn't mean they work in Africa. We have African-origin engineers and other professionals working on projects in the US and elsewhere.
