I got an e-mail back from the Doak Walker award folks. Following up on my e-mail as to why Kevin Smith from UCF was not a finalist even though he's the 2 two all time rusher in NCAA hstory and could go ahead of No. 1 Barry sanders with 180 yards in the liberty bowl. They said this is the list of people who vote on it.
