IMHO whether charged or not he'll never be convicted. I know if I were on that jury I'd vote innocent regardless of what the judge or the prosecutor had to say. Those people were scum and deserved to die. jdn

It is really good to finally see a community rally around someone with the courage to stand up to criminal behavior and to also confront those leaders who seem to support it. I thought about how I would feel if I'd been in Mr. Horn's position that day, and I know I would have felt terrorized and afraid.
