And bear in mind, I'm taking into account the current problems with the cable stock..

What I'm ticked off about is they made a big deal over Everstream's intellectual property in that announcement, stirred up a lot of expectation of litigation if the auction didn't succeed, and have done nothing (or announced nothing)..

They just left the shareholder base hanging, with at least a 40% haircut from the point of the announcement last summer.

So the question is.. are their patents worthy of pressing infringement litigation as they asserted they are? My sense is that they are from what I read...

And if they are working out a "sweetheart deal", then they need to let the shareholders have a hint at that rather than permitting the perception that their bluff was called and found worthless..

And if Trimm has opted not to push the infringement actions for now, then he has effectively cheapened shareholder value of the company's assets.

It's his job to VIGORIOUSLY defend the company's intellectual property!!..
