"Going to war against a country on the off chance they might develop a nuclear weapon sometime in the future seems sort of endless." I was considering this logic. To me, it seems that China and Russia are much more likely to be the main threats in our future, and they've already GOT nukes. In the future, they're both likely to have much more powerful economies. W should launch on them immediately! If he doesn't, people in our lesser future will ask why he didn't.
