You're right about that! Unfortunately! Also saw today in the ST that while the voters voted 3 years ago for the 5 cent/gal sales tax increase....more than $30 Million was to have gone to fix some of the flooding down near Centralia and Chehalis areas (where I-5 is now closed!)....

The "State Officials" decided that since the two towns and the Feds couldn't agree on how and where, etc and who would take care of the maintenance --that the State just on their own reallocated the voters wishes, and it's someplace else now. (they didn't say where....)

So now we will have to know where it went? and who made the decision?
