e-mail tray had this in it about the paulson freeze, i quote

"There are going to be a lot of questions but I will start with:

Is this going to be voluntary or involuntary?

If I am the owner of one of these loans, or a piece of, or just have ownership of a fixed income fund that owns one of these mortgages, what are my rights?

If involuntary, is this not a seizure of private property?

If this is an eminent domain seizure, how do we figure just compensation?

Is the interest rate frozen, or just the payment? In other words, would there be negative amortization?

Bottom line, I regret not listening the smartest Fed Chairman of all time, Mr. Alan Greenspan. When he was advising me to take out an adjustable mortgage, I did not know it was with such foresight that he unselfishly gave us that advice. If only I listened and got myself a 1% teaser"
