you only hate the cia when they dont agree with your opinion. When they support you, you think they are just fine. I agree with your overall statement. I was skeptical then and continue to be but CW is that intel is improving so its more likely they were wrong about iran before they were right and not visa versa.

"Excuse me if I don't put so much faith in the CIA's assurances." But, you DO Nadine. Whenever they or anyone else supports your agenda. But apparently, thinking back to Iraq, THIS TIME the CIA (and all the other intel operations that combine to produce the NIE) wanted to get it RIGHT. So as not to be fall guy chumps for another "Whoops! Who knew? - Bad Intel" neocon invasion.

It's just amazing how full of crap you are. Everybody knew North Korea was ready to test a bomb, after W's hotheads brilliantly trashed the agreement that kept their plutonium under wraps. Everybody knew about Pakistan's program, for years and years before they tested. And Iraq had no nuclear program in 2001 , except in Shooter Cheney's ridiculous smoking gun / mushroom cloud war propaganda. Just keep pumping it out, though, that's what you're here for.
