I look upon it as the only punishment that I can guarantee they are not going to repeat offend. I like it for just that reason. These many time maggots either need to be locked for life or put to sleep.

Actually I was going to comment on your article yesterday on folks that are evil because of their brain makeup. Makes a real good case for the death penalty IMO.

The death itself is not punishment until 10-20 years later. The fact that death row inmates cannot get out early or go on furloughs is both punishment and deterrence.
