You have a pretty large key here as to the vote. Does that not mean that the majority of the people have to be emotionally appeased or pleased because we are not capable of making a sound decision based on knowledge?

Then if you take this back to where is the fault in this lender crisis?

To me that amounts to my toilet is plugged so I call an electrician.

Does not matter if the little guy was out to screw the big guy. One would think the more enlightened of the two in this case the banker in question would protect self and in that action of self protect he takes care of the little guy too.

So my toilet is now wired but it is still plugged.

It is my fault i called an electrician however I do not know anyone else to go to but a loan broker the pawn broker requires I leave an asset if want a loan.

Where does the law read the loan broker must feel sorry for me and give me a loan even if i do not have a hope in heck of paying it off. Or is the Loan broker running for congress?

I understand what you are saying but is there not a moral law where we are responsible for others lack of knowledge? Does this not apply on a daily base and go beyond the adaptations we can create in legal law?

You post fact you are not forced to do so but you look at this as your moral responsibility to correct erroneous information.

Just frustrates me so much who is responsible for the operation of banks?

I guess this all amounts to call your local plumber called FED and you have the plunge and the whoosh go your troubles down the drain.
