Yes the mentally retarded AKA the wharf rat brained use a 5 year chart to proffer climate. His chart was over quite a few more years than 5. Are you objecting to using a 5-year filter? Why?

I'm really trying to understand if you have a point, or are totally an idiot. I'm hoping there is a glimmer of a point to your complaining about the 5 year averaging used in that chart. What is it? Do you know anything about low-pass filtering? Why do you think a 5-year running mean is a poor choice for doing the data analysis on that chart? What sort of filter would you use?
