Wake up. If they are going to issue state bonds to pay for this garbage..who do you think lives in the states..aliens? You do! Hence you will be paying for these bonds via the taxes you pay to the state....unreal! In the future do not respond to me unless you provide a valid thought..waste of my time. Listen fool, until someone shows me where the US taxpayer is going to make up the difference between the rates that our frozen and the current interest rate, then you are just another chicken little running around screaming the sky is falling.
