Clearly fools deny the earth is not flat, and hence there are regions which absorb more energy and others which lose more energy, and that the whole globe is in near balance except in nearer to the equator where CO2 would have the most massive effect in the imbalance there and thus raise the temperature of the tropics, but alas... I suppose H20 with it's unique non linear changes in heat transfer and albedive effects is the true maintainer of balance.
