Sigh. This particular conspiracy theory has reappeared countless times over the decades. Most recently, in Nigeria there was a rumor that polio vaccine was being spread to sterilize Muslims (evil Jews at work). The medical/scientific world doesn't usually even bother to respond to most of this stuff, as it arises out of simple ignorance. . About the same level as "the moon landings were faked" and "planes didn't hit the WTC on 9/11". After a certain point you just have to ignore such people. Wrt the polio scare, they had to convince folks that the rumors were baseless, as otherwise polio could reignite. cbsnews.com danielpipes.org .
