The preliminary report was out in August and Bush was briefed on it, but he still made his WWIII comments in October. Now, the liar says he didn't know what was in the report, despite the fact that the rest of the National Security Council say they told him. So, he was just trying to bully us into another war with his scare the sheeple strategy.

Had he said he didn't believe the findings, that is defendable, if wrong. But to say he never heard them is totally loony and something only the true believers can buy into.
