Overall stock market won't crash as some expect as long as they keep pumping M3 over 15%, unemployment remains below 5% and long term rates remain so low. Balance sheets of corporate America outside of the housing/finance armageddon are too strong.. I do notice bonds in the likes of WCI, HOV, SPF and CFC now yield over 20%. Gonna be a ton of bankruptcies the next year no matter what Paulson or Bernanke do at this late date.. Boggles my mind they keep it together with the worst housing market since the depression. Probably the overall stock market doesn't crash hard until the time long term rates start moving up in a major way and the dollar strengthens significantly long after the current mess is resolved and GWB is back in Crawford clearing brush<g>..
