Yes, nice bounce for RAD. With regard to the base, if a stock shows a steep price drop, on above average volume, you may not see that sideways base due to the fact that the price drop has wiped out all of the sellers and the stock is so oversold, institutions will start accumulating.

This is what happened with GT 2 years ago before it went up over 200% in a year.

There was a steep price drop from $19 to $9 and then the price skyrocketed from there.
