However all the sensible people are concerned that this is the second time our intelligence was way off on an important issue in the Middle East. One error contributed to us going to war and the second could have easily done the same in time. Plus, we are losing credibility because our intelligence has been so poor. Now even if we improve it, the world will simply say we are crying wolf even if we are right. How did out intelligence get so bad after the fall of the Soviet Union. This is 100% of the issue!
