'mentioned that SLK had $23M in the treasury' - didn't realise this, it's a healthy slice of market cap du jour ... ok, got to study up ... damn there are so many choices That was pretty mild typing by r-e there, i thought? ... considering the history, anyway ... politics contained were relevant imho, whether one agrees with them or not, and comment on Cardero et al happened to jibe with how i [dimly] recall the situation 'serious doubts in my mind about "gold-bugs"' - isn't serious doubt in minds what turns them into 'bugs in the first place? ... doubt is like faith maybe, can be turned in any direction at will ... i don't think much of the doomster drama queens either, fwiw, imho we'll all do a lot better in a functioning economy than in any other kind, still everybody has to have their say within reasonable lattitude ... you'll be missed if you go, but you'll be back, right ... cheers
