I think you will really like this cake...so easy and good...especially with whipped cream. One year, I didn't use pineapple, but instead colored the gelatin mix green, and used cream de menthe in the filling..OH MY GOSH! I also LOVE lemon, and that works.... And probably my favorite of all is any of the berries in the filling.... make sure they are drained pretty well if you use them... I truly wish you all could see what they have done in their shop....It is artistry in every nook and cranny in two separate stores....fun and amazingly beautiful ideas! Did you notice the Dems adopted the Socialist Party platform in 1932....and elected FDR... AND the unemployment was as high as 25% during the depression.... When I was recruiting, we thought that it probably wouldn't be able to go below 7% (under Carter it was about 10%+).... and now, the policies of GWB have put it the lowest it's ever been....now about 4.5%....
