I think Hillary would get us out of Iraq. I would hope so, but I think there is a good chance that she will be under continuous attack by the neocons and will not want to look weak on the middle east. Bill Clinton got glued to Iraq by similar pressures. There would have been a lot more peace and prosperity in the world if the U.S. had just signed a treaty with Iraq after the first Bush war. The neocons will do anything to get long-term conflicts that funnel huge sums into overseas bases and sabre-rattling. Remember how they insisted that Central America would be a disaster if we didn't hang onto the Panama Canal? TP
