Dennis Roth: opti looks very interesting, but I was flabbergasted at the number of shares, which is only a little behind connacher which I think is way over diluted. Your thoughts on this would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

Dennis, OPTI Canada (OPC.TO) -- thanks for your thoughts. Your last point made me think of Marathon. They bought Western Oil Sands only after they got Phase I of their project built and got all the kinks out of the production line. I wonder if they are looking at OPC also. Even best case this would mean a take-out a year from now, but not a bad result tax-wise.
