Dabum, Greetings this new year. I was thinking and looking at the SMH and RKH charts. They are so bad it is actually bullish, don't you agree? It reminds me of IBM a few years back in April. I am thinking about a sharp reversal and bounce trade to recover half the drop that has been very steep. C falls in this bucket as well. No imminent solutions but this is so overdone it is bullish. But then again, maybe this is the end of the world. What has happened this year that we did not know about last year to warrant this huge drop? PMI, a bad jobs number that always gets revised? Sounds fishy, but the stampede is in full swing. I just don't plan on going over the cliff with the herd.
