I wonder if anyone here disagrees with Huckabee's position on a quarantine of AIDS infected people? I thought it was a pretty rational position.

John

Do you have a ink on the claim that he wanted to isolate those with AIDS?

That is an extremely important issue and needs to be discussed in the public forum. Without reading the actual link or links I can not comment but think it needs to be discussed.

I wonder how many people in America know someone who has AIDS or who have died of AIDS--------AIDS is not just an African disease it is here also.

China required an AIDS test before allowing travel in the 1990's-----if you were HIV positive you were not allowed into China. Don't know what their policy is now. If your country has few AIDS cases, it is one way to protect the population to disallow travel from other countries into your country.

Have you read his position on the aids thing?

foxnews.com

of course now that aids has spread to every segment of society, it seems a silly statement to make. But it makes one wonder, had the homosexual community been isolated during the initial outbreak of aids, could we have slowed the spread to every segment of society?
