"You are simply not Republican." That's really up to you, and Republicans like you. They certainly ARE current Republicans. It's why so many (R)'s now call themselves independents.

I'm closer to libertarian than Republican in my beliefs on gov't control. You had me fooled with all of your posts wanting the govt to strictly control the free flow of oil. algore's own CO2 and temperature charts shows he is a liar. And 1998 wasn't the warmest year. The CO2 rise is due to the earth's temperature rising because of heating from the sun. Solar cycles are measurable, it's in recorded history and ice core samples. Good dodge on JFK. As a God fearing catholic, he would be run out of town by democrats. We would embrace him as we have Republican leaders of today. And Kennedy's tax cuts would be plastered all over your Hillary's Mediamatters. So when Republicans want AMT relief without figuring out how to come up with the $50 billion to pay for it You're a liberal democrat and you don't even know it. You subscribe to the finite pie theory. A tax cut here must have an offsetting tax increase somewhere else. Today's republicans still believe in cutting taxes, the fear of God, and helping those that need help. The democrats of today are all about lining their pockets, acquiring power, and finding excuses for their failures. Maybe it would help if you post what the republicans you grew up with stood for. The current democrat party isn't it.
