I think all leaders have some of those qualities. What is important is that they recognize it and try to limit it.

Bush isn't one of those leaders.

Americans are not used to thinking of fascism as a threat. That was something the Nazis did, or possibly Mussolini. When those died, fascism died along with it.

Sadly, that wasn't the case.
