"I am going to take some of your money, and give it to that poor kid, because it's more important -- both to the child and to society -- that he eat, rather than that you have an extra week in Cabo."

No Z, it so Ten can go skiing in Europe instead of Utah. What's WRONG with your priorities?

Z, Ted tells me you know about Columbia, SC. I've been considering moving there, but I've never been there. Whaddaya think about it?

Z, so you see absolutely no problem in this statement?

> We need to be unafraid to address this voter and say "I am going to take some of your money, and give it to that poor kid, because it's more important -- both to the child and to society -- that he eat, rather than that you have an extra week in Cabo."

Who gets to decide? This is perhaps one of the most extreme liberal statements I have ever read in a while, and the strongest confirmation that liberalism is all about power - the power to tax, the power to decide how to spend other people's money, even the power to define what is generosity and charity.

Nobody makes a lot of money just from their own hard work. They also are in a position to garner a share of others hard work.
