A "shocking report in the New England Journal of Medicine".

In a shocking report in the New England Journal of Medicine, Danish researchers link high body mass index at ages 7-13, to the development of heart disease in adulthood.

To the extent that this is a major problem its more one of diet and exercise than medical care or medical insurance.

It's an overall health problem. And it has implications for medical economics.
