you do understand the reason for labor shortages in the mountain areas is service workers are priced out of that market, right?

If you're talking about Telluride, it's so space constrained in that box canyon that it'll always be expensive, much like San Francisco. They have the finest Bluegrass Festival on earth there in the summer.
