Hi greatplains guy,

I think we're on the same page here.

Intel will offer fourcore mpus with multiple graphics chips incorporated into the motherboard.

Additionally faster memory chips (perhaps SDM soft drive memory) and WiFi will be plugged into the additional processors and priced almost as no charge items.

They'll be faster in each aspect and market share gainers of the high end.

If you take the high end and depreciate it earliest, you then have cost advantages that allows market share gains on the low end as well.

This becomes even more true as you lead in 45nm while others are hung up on 60 nm or (which I hope happens soon) there is a huge rush to buying 45nm technology.

Intels has one fab at 45nm and is building out 1 more now and 2 more in 2008.

As the fabs have admitted ,they see more demand for 45nm than 60 right now.

As we get beat up by sub prime slime as nausea,I think we're setting up for a 2008 turn around in SCE demand that will much approach the 1998 Asian Contagion diversion.

Time will tell.

It could just well be Intel has their table full with the 3 fabs that are onghoing right now.
