Right, easy money gets everywhere, and that includes oil,
gold, and real estate. As long as long term rates stay low,
there will be no severe punishment. -g- Beware of a few zeroes
tackled on the buck if these hilo flights persist, and I mean
it. -ng- The market is very overbought, so I am not very
comfortable being long here. We may see another 10% drop
for the value of the buck in the next 3 months as the Fed
stays easy and gets easier despite the roaring inflation. That means
stocks might go up. Woohoo! They need to go up more than 10%
to compensate for the loss of the dollar's purchasing power.
Once bond (bag) holders say collectively they had enough
and hike the rates up to real, not imaginary (BLS), inflation
rate, then run as fast as you can. -g- So far they've been
running from junk and into the treasuries.
