But suggestions of second class treat (whether you are getting the finest leftover food or whatever) has stigma. Also, I am sure in your circumstances that you would not avail yourself of any serious dental care in the hands of students. But who knows, you could be a kind and caring person and do everything in the interest of greater good. I am not out to discourage any of that.
