Lazarre,
The Warrant does expire about 2 years from about now I would expect them to expire on 3rd friday like most warrants.
Strike of $6.75 gave away money to the buyers of the offering well in excess of what I think they could have gotten.
The company sweetened the deal with the time value of the options instead of selling the stock at a premium to market offered at a discount.
I do question why this decision was made in the pricing.

Warrants trading for $1.40 currently.
The warrants are U.S. style in that they can be exercised anytime between now and then.
